The 4 companies are as follows:-
TCS will hire approximately 40,000 freshers through campus placements in FY 2021-22 too. The country’s second-largest IT Company Infosys said it would hire 24,000 freshers in the next financial year, while the company hired 17,000 freshers in FY2021.
At the same time, Wipro plans to hire 12,000 freshers in the next financial year. The company had hired as many freshers this year as well. At the same time, HCL Tech has said that it will hire more than 15,000 freshers in the next financial year, while this year HCL has hired 12,000 freshers.
HCL Tech chief HR officer Apparao VV said that there are several reasons for the hiring momentum to grow in the next financial year. He is doing 33% more than the target we had set. He said that the manpower we had increased in 2020 had increased 70% in India. 90% of the hiring we do now in India. HCL has planned to hire 15,000 Freshers and 2000 experienced people in India in the financial year ending 31 March 2022.
The country’s leading rating agency IKRA has said that the revenue growth rate of the country’s IT sector could be between 7% and 9% in the next financial year (2021-22). Iqra said that the demand for digital technology and recovery in economic activity will boost growth in the IT sector.
At the same time, IT Company Wipro has said that it is going to recruit employees on a large scale in this quarter (January-March 2021). Wipro Chief HR Saurabh Govil said that there would be a huge increase in the demand for skilled employees due to many new work contracts.
