Millions of people dream of owning a holiday home but considering the capital requirement as well as the procedural complexity, only a fraction of this number end up buying a second home.

The EA platform makes fractional investments in holiday homes accessible to more people and also investment in real estate an easy liquidable asset.

It is designed to make the investing experience as seamless as possible for its members with three simple steps:

Early Days

EA is led by a multinational team of seasoned entrepreneurs who are driven by their shared passion for international travel, technology, design, and real estate innovation. The team is made up of Puneet Gupta, CEO; Aashish Raj, COO; Abhishek Madhukar, CFO; and Mohit Gupta, CMO.

The idea started when 4 founders planned to buy a second home together themselves.

Marketing Strategy

Equity Address along with The Venya its hospitality arm markets itself as a vacation home experience company. We are promoting the same through a full-proof marketing plan with Business Articles, Events, Social Media Marketing & CRM.

This ecosystem will help customers globally to invest and co-own holiday homes easily while The Venya will provide rental returns to the investors.

User Base & Valuation

According to the platform data  – The Venya has served already 10,000+ Happy guests on their properties and 50k visits on the platform with 5 million reach and 7 million impressions on social media platforms. EA is launching a co-ownership model in the Goa market.

The Ecosystem also plans to serve customers globally to solve this problem.

Funding

We are looking to raise equity of 2.5mn USD and 10mn USD of debt from Strategic investors, VCs, PE investors, Family offices and Angel investors in the Dubai holding company.

Revenues

Till date, we have done revenues of USD 200000 from the platforms and are looking to increase the revenues 10X in the next year.

Acquisitions

EA is trying to establish its own ecosystem in the first 2 years and is not looking to acquire any other companies. Once we are established in the market we will surely explore options of acquiring companies in the eco-system.

EA has a plan of acquiring worth INR 100 Crores of properties by the end of 2023 in holiday homes markets in India like Goa, Alibag, Lonavala and other second home destinations.

Present Time & Future Goals

EA is planning to explore several second home real estate options to meet the demands of millions of people aspiring to own a second home-from flats to condominiums and villas, ranging from INR 2 crores to INR 8 crores with investments starting as low as INR 20 lacs per investor.

EA is targeting 200 retail investors by end of year 2023.

It has headquarters and holding company in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai & has aggressive plans to expand in Middle East/North Africa (MENA), South-East Asia (SEA) and Europe in the next 2 years.

EA also plans to launch a Luxury residence fund of INR 500 Crores for the co-ownership of luxury holiday homes globally in 2023-24 for elite travellers and investors.

The global residence fund would have 20-24 luxury holiday homes acquired in tranches across the globe spread across Greece, Italy, Spain, London and Dubai and many more & the ticket size of investment in the fund would be around US dollar equivalent to INR 1 Cr which will give consumers global access to the portfolio of homes in the fund.
