Madhukar Swayambhu has been an IT Communication Network Professional (over two decades, since 1995) turned Researcher cum Environmentalist (since 2011), Ecologist, Inventor, Entrepreneur, Biodiversity conservationist, a TED speaker, and a Recognized Global Top 3 Author on Water, by Smart Water Magazine (Spain). He’s worked with various multinationals in the IT Networking domain, and established or expanded their business across India, SAARC, and SEA countries in his various portfolios. His last assignment in the IT Network Communication backbone domain was heading the operation in SAARC countries India.
Chandra Shekhar has been working in the IT Communication Networks domain since the year 2000 (Y2K) and has worked with various multinationals in various capacities of the sales function. His last assignment was with a Taiwanese multinational, handling the portfolio of the Government Vertical Head (Sales), wherein he handled Indian Government relationships, policy framework with Government Think-Tanks and consulting companies (Big 5), PSUs, State Governments, and local administrative authorities. He also started the journey towards ecology and environment in 2011, with a passion for exploring the Indic scriptures, Indian culture, traditions, and Vaidic Indian Science. While IT was the profession, this domain was the passion with no intent to be made into a profession.
Pankaj Kumar is the youngest member of the family. He started his career in the year 2009. An avid technologist with various courses and certifications like MCSE, CCNA, RWCA-SE, DCCE, and EMC-PPST kind of equipment manufacturers courses in networking, security, wireless networks, and storage. He also joined the bandwagon in year 2011, while working on a project wherein all the three founders met. As he is also a naturalist & agriculturist at heart, having done agriculture on his own farms in his village, getting attracted to the field of ecology & environment was a natural affinity to him as well.
All three of them had a sense of pride in their Indian roots, rich cultural heritage, and a profound belief that Vaidic India was scientifically enriched and exhilarated as a society with a strong scientific reasoning behind the rituals. One fine day in the bustling commercial hub of Connaught Place, New Delhi, outside of their MNC office, when they saw a cow eating garbage, it became the ‘Newton moment’ of their life, and they started researching, ‘Why is cow holy’. Till this moment research on Indic Scriptures was just a passion, and IT continued to be a profession.
What initially started as a passion, turned into a profession after 5 long years of academic research in the Vaidic Science and Scriptures. The year 2016, was when all three of them decided to take a plunge, from their established IT professional life and started working in the field to perfect the technology, which till now was just academic research on papers. Another five years were spent on the field to try out all possible challenging situations from industrial effluent to domestic sewage to animal waste from villages to decaying Waterbodies to sustainable agriculture, aquaculture, and animal husbandry. Finally, after spending a decade developing the technology, the startup named ‘Vaidic Srijan LLP’ got registered under the Companies Act (LLP Act 2009) with MCA, Government of India.
Vaidic Srijan LLP has developed Cownomics® Technology, for the resurrection of the native ecology of Soil, Water, and Air, through the Waterbodies. In a healthy state of the Soil, Water, and Air, the microclimate in the vicinity has a ripple effect on the entire flora and fauna around the Waterbody. The Water gets transformed into a neuro-immune booster for plants and animals, thus if the same Water is used in Agriculture, Aquaculture, and Animal husbandry, the farms go free from chemicals and antibiotics, reducing the input cost and multiplying the yield. In short, the farms are disease, pests, and weather-resilient.
Today, it is the most recognized, certified, awarded, and endorsed technology, based on Indian Vaidic Science, in environmental restoration across the globe, which is not just result-oriented, has a proven track record, and is fast in delivering results, but also a holistic and sustainable nature-based solution (NBS).
