About

HealthifyMe was founded by Tushar Vashisht (CEO), Mathew Cherian, and Sachin Shenoy (CTO).

Tushar Vashisht
Tushar Vashisht is the founder and current CEO of HealthifyMe. Tushar worked with the Government of India’s Unique ID Authority for nearly two years before starting HealthifyMe. Tushar began his career as an investment banker on Wall Street and in the Bay Area before joining Deutsche Bank in Singapore. Tushar is a University of Pennsylvania graduate and an active musician in his spare time.

Sachin Shenoy
Sachin Shenoy, CTO of HealthifyMe, is a Google Code-Jam finalist and perhaps the fastest coder we know. He has over 15 years of experience, including 6 at Google, where he worked on Google Finance, Google SMS Channel, Orkut Developer Platform, and Google Dev. Stage. Sachin has five patents linked to his work.

In 2013, Mathew Cherian quit HealthifyMe. HealthifyMe has a community of over 400 people and is continually growing.

Business Model and Revenue Model

Ria AI first began engaging with HealthifyMe’s clients in October 2017, when the firm used a portion of its sponsored endorsers as a test. Currently, the assistance is available to all paying consumers among HealthifyMe’s more than 1,000,000 customers. According to February 2020 data, HealthifyMe’s customer base has grown fourfold, while the number of active clients has increased from 8 million to 16 million. The company expanded into Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei last year. It maintained a $ 1 million turnover in the Southeast Asian market in less than a year.

The business has also launched in the Gulf Cooperation Countries market and is now ranked in the top three on Google Play in the UAE. HealthifyMe today has over 250 nutritionists and coaches on its team, each of whom can handle up to 250 customers thanks to Ria’s assistance. This is an increase from roughly 100 clients apiece in 2016.

Future Plans

HealthifyMe’s current goals are to expand into new regions and provide Ria with additional capabilities. The long-term goal aims to be the world’s go-to wellbeing and health specialist co-op, offering clients access to services other than nourishment and wellness.

Currently, the group hopes to research new geologies in Southeast Asia and the Asia Pacific Region. HealthifyMe expects to surpass $50 million in annual recurring revenue in the coming year, with a goal of $400 million by 2025.
